BUBBY’S IS TAKING A BREAK
Bubby’s is closed this week for renovation. Fear not: Now celebrating its 25th year, the Tribeca institution just a signed a new 20-year lease.

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: THE HIDEAWAY SEAPORT
The Hideaway vibe is intact—the same type of black-and-white rock-and-roll photos, the same cocktails, some of the same beers, and even some of the same staff. But there’s a dedicated dining room and separate lunch and dinner menus.

CB1 TRIBECA COMMITTEE: THE UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
Discussed at this month’s meeting: Adding a lot of alternate-side parking in northwest Tribeca; the Hudson River Park’s plans for the Pier 26 estuarium; Terroir’s upgrade to a full liquor license; Bastille Day.

WHERE IN TRIBECA…?
Congratulations to Jim Smithers, who correctly identified last week’s Where in Tribeca…? as 467 Greenwich (at Watts). We’ll play again Friday morning.
