STABLES UPDATE
As first reported here—when it was but a rumor—the NYPD is relocating the 1st Precinct stables for a year and a half. CB1 chairperson Julie Menin got them to promise in writing that the stables would indeed come back.

For as long as they can remember, friends Dan Giella and Elizabeth Villar (left) have wanted to open a gallery. Now they’ve done it: One Art Space debuts with a reception tomorrow night.

Mugler creative director and Lady Gaga stylist Nicola Formichetti is opening a pop-up shop in Tribeca (updated with the location).

There’s a new place to play or have a birthday party: The Discovery Den at FasTracKids Tribeca (left). “When we took the first group of parents to see it, they were overjoyed,” says owner Ilysa Winick. “And I was thrilled when they said what a great feeling it has.” If these photos had a soundtrack, it would be screams of delight….

LOFT PEEPING: ERIN FETHERSTON
The Tribeca loft of fashion designer Erin Fetherston—who moved her company from the Garment District to 225 W. Broadway—is featured on Vogue.com. That’s it below. Pretty, no? I’m thinking of making the last photo in the post my phone’s wallpaper because it makes me giggle every time I look at it.
