As well as the glassy entrance pavilion on the east side of Brookfield Place. Photos galore!

POP-UP: ROBIN BROUILLETTE + TRIBECA COLLECTIVE
“There might as well be an electric fence at Canal Street, because Tribeca women don’t go above it,” says fashion designer Robin Brouillette (herself a Tribecan). “So I wanted to create a store that we’d love.” What you’ll find: women’s fashion and accessories, jewelry, home decor, beauty, dogwear, and more. Notably, all 32 designers are women.

REAL ESTATE SALES REPORT
Who’s buying where, from whom—and for how much. (Including Jason Biggs and someone who now owns a rotunda.)

A RIND IS A TERRIBLE THING TO WASTE: COMPOST AT GREENMARKET
17% of NYC’s waste consists of food, which can create greenhouse gases when sent to a landfill, but when composted becomes a valuable material that helps nurture NYC’s green spaces. Local non-profit GrowNYC partners with the NYC Department of Sanitation to collect fruit and vegetable scraps for community composting at Tribeca Greenmarket twice a week, and Tuesdays at Bowling Green Greenmarket.  Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8am to 1pm, Greenwich St. at Chambers; Tuesdays, 8am to 2pm, Broadway at Battery Pl. Visit GrowNYC.org/compost for more information. Sponsored.

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: POSTMASTERS
“I always ask the question, ‘Why is this art being made now? Could it have been made before?’” says Magdalena Sawon of Postmasters Gallery, which has just moved from Chelsea to Franklin Street. “What connects everything we show is that it deals with the fiber of our time.”
