“Do you have any idea why a tent is being erected at Varick and Canal? Since Monday, construction has been going on at a fast pace. The temporary structures are different than those constructed for Talking Transition for last fall’s election. I actually went by the site yesterday and asked some of the workers, but they wouldn’t say.” —P. A bit of research led to an educated guess….
