Led by our certified athletic trainers and endurance coaches, each day alternates between Skills & Strength (focusing on agility drills, strength, and body position) and Form & Endurance (good running form over various interval lengths; running takes place in Hudson River Park). Visit City Kids Athletics for details and to register. Training begins April 21, and space is limited! Plus, every athlete gets a City Kids Athletics T-shirt. Sponsored.
