After someone dramatically overpaid for #2N at 155 Franklin, the Tribeca Citizen community deduced that the buyer was likely musician Taylor Swift. (You read it here first!) And then the New York Post confirmed it—which means Swift has spent nearly $50 million on property on one block of Franklin Street.
