At the risk of being labeled the boy who cried “McNally,” I’m passing along a rumor that makes an intriguing amount of sense: Balthazar might be moving into the Ace Hotel under construction at marvelous old 5 Beekman.

After the news that Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is leaving All Good Things, the market’s owner, Kyle Wittels, invited me over to talk about where it’s headed. You can expect more prepared foods, more seating, and other changes.
