Jeff Tabak, who loves Tribeca so much he named his real-estate brokerage Tabak Is Tribeca, answers questions about the neighborhood—including perhaps the world's greatest celeb sighting and where he'd live if only he could.

A Granddaughter’s Cause

"My grandmother was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma last April," says Tribeca resident Donna Marotta. "No one in my family had had cancer before—particularly one we’d never heard of." Marotta became the advocate for her grandmother, talking to doctors on her behalf.
