New Kid on the Block: YogaSpark

"Yoga is a full mind-body-spirit workout, but I realized that most people are in it for the workout," says Lauren Porat, whose second YogaSpark studio has just opened on Duane. That means a workout vibe instead of Buddhas or incense—and there's even a nighttime class held in blacklight.
