A New Nine-Story Building on Washington Street
The six-story building at 31 Desbrosses is being torn down. Its replacement will have 41 apartments, most likely rentals.

Four or five times a year, interior designer Kay Douglass and her South of Market team go to France and Belgium to source antique and vintage furniture, decorative items, and more. The loot is sold at shops in Atlanta, Charleston, and now, Tribeca.
