An old-school pizza joint with a raffish, non-corporate charm, Saluggi’s might make more sense in a college town, where its menu of pizza, subs, chicken wings, and so on would certainly find many devotees. It’s the kind of place that really should sell beer in pitchers, if it doesn’t already. Downstairs is a shuffleboard table, just like the one over at Nancy Whiskey Pub (which has the same owner).
