After the roundup of new buildings, it made sense to look at the many buildings being converted into condos. The total number of units from these conversions? Around 350.
Thirteen sales were recorded in the past week—a few were commercial, and a big one (over $8 million) was an apartment purchased by a woman from Oklahoma.
By which I mean condos, not condoms. The addresses in question: 46 Lispenard, 11 Beach, and 71 Laight. Plus: Marc Forgione partner in WFC talks; Pier A cost goes up again; Design Hunting; Pier 40.
