An amuse-bouche east of Church? Was I dreaming? Racines NY, an offshoot of the popular Paris wine restaurants, brings ambitious food to southeast Tribeca (on Chambers Street, no less). Moreover, it has the capacity for 8,000 bottles of wine, with around 800 on the list at any given time. Take a look at the room and the menu.
