Loft Peeping: South Tribecan Family

studiolab-tribeca-loft-renovation-dining-area-DwellDwell featured the Tribeca loft of an unnamed family with three kids, as redone by Matthew Miller of StudioLAB (whose site has more photos, including one that proves the family does own at least one TV). It appears to be in south Tribeca.

Of note:

••• The coffee table is from Steven Alan Home.
••• “The new staircase features a design that accommodates storage for a microwave and pantry items. [It] also hides pet food bowls.”
••• “The previous layout felt like a maze with a ton of little rooms. With the new floor plan, each of the couple’s children has their own bedroom. A playroom kitted out with a table and chairs from is situated between the kids’ rooms in what was formerly an underutilized passageway. […] The children share a bathroom.”

To see the photos larger, view the slideshow (which also has a “before” pic—is that unkind to the previous owners?—and sourcing info galore). The text is by Monique Valeris; the photos are uncredited.
