The 16th-annual Inside Tribeca Loft Tour, organized by and benefiting Friends of Duane Park and Friends of Bogardus Garden, is Sunday, Oct. 18 (1–5 p.m.). Tickets are $60 at duanepark.org or $65 the day of, but don’t wait, because only 400 tickets are available, and the event tends to sell out.
The Friends kindly let the media preview a few of the homes on the tour. (The first two are here and here.) The third is actually a loft we peeped in 2012 via Design Hunting, but that post only had a handful of pix and it’s a pretty place, so why not revisit it? The owners combined two apartments into a 3,500-square-foot, four-bedroom home and enlisted Ghislaine Viñas Interior Design to make it feel fresh and modern. Viñas, who lives in Tribeca, also designed the West/Keeler townhouse on Warren and this “playful triplex.”
