New York Spaces featured a northwest Tribeca duplex by designer Stephan Jones. Much is made in the text of it being serene, restful, and calming—with “a sense of silence and relaxed opulence.” That’s achieved with abundant natural light (thanks to 14-foot-tall windows); natural materials (“iron, different woods, and soft, flowing fabrics”; “a minimal amount of objects”; and artwork that incorporates “tribal and abstract forms”; and last but not least, “stone-washed Kravet linens.”
