Loft Peeping: Two-Bedroom Rental

It’s rare to see a rental apartment covered by the shelter media, let alone one that involved a designer. The Tribeca home recently featured on Design*Sponge was decorated by “Rayman Boozer of Apartment 48 […]  in a collaborative, eight-month process.” Eight months! Newlyweds, they were upgrading to a bigger place (in a “two-bedroom Tribeca loft in a 1931 former warehouse building”) because they had a baby. Two items of note: The master bedroom is 24 feet long, and the kitchen, which wasn’t changed, is described as “Korean-style.” Alas, it isn’t pictured.

The text is by Annie Werbler, and the photographs are by Nick Parisse. The black semi-circles at the top of several photos indicate that a “before” shot can be seen on the DesignSponge post—which also includes a floor plan (which more sites should do!).
