Domino featured the 500-square-foot one-bedroom Tribeca apartment of Zak+Fox textile designer Zak Profera, whom you might recall from his TCQ&A. Of note:
••• The sofa is Crate & Barrel’s Oasis, which Profera had reupholstered in chocolate-brown linen. He also “reconfigured its cushions.”
••• The light fixture over the dining table is actually an Isamu Noguchi floor lamp hung upside-down.
••• That’s artist Marina Abramovic staring at you from the black-and-white photo in the entryway.
The photographs are by Brittany Ambridge for Domino, and the text is by Caroline Biggs. Read the full story here—click on Domino’s photos to see where to buy similar furnishings.

Kind of a nice place, but hanging the Noguchi lamp upside down strikes me as odd. Maybe it works IRL, but I’m not sold.
