UPDATE: Upstairs Is Not Closing!
Good news! Despite what I was told on the phone this morning—from a representative of Bouley—Upstairs is not closing. According to Nicole Bouley, the downstairs will be a bakery (that sells burgers and chicken) and upstairs will be a catering/event space with a guest-chef program.
