It's time once again to take stock of what's in the works. First up: Franklin Street and north, including fresh updates on the motorcycle club, Morimoto's restaurant, and French shirtmaker Xoos. 3/22 UPDATE: Xoos opening 3/24, Lolë in "a month or two." 3/24 UPDATE: Grown & Sewn is moving to Franklin. 3/25 UPDATE: Added Johnny's Cuts.
In "Progress Report: Opening Soonish," I looked at the businesses due to open in the next month and a half. Here's what's farther out on the horizon. One caveat: A lot of the info is from months ago and is uncomfirmable.
If I have a hard time keeping track of all the restaurants currently in development, then it must be near impossible for anyone less obsessive. So here's a recap of what's coming.... / 8 comments
Plus: News from or about Grown & Sewn, Torly Kid, Moomah, Warren 77, Tribeca Meet & Greet, Blue Coyote, Morimoto, Synagogue for the Arts, and more
Plus: Fountain Pen Hospital opens the Back Room • John and Yoko's Nutopia reappears in the NYT • Museums offer two-for-ones • Nicholas Cage is in a pickle (or vice versa, actually) • And more / 3 comments
