The six-story building at 31 Desbrosses is being torn down. Its replacement will have 41 apartments, most likely rentals.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission was pleased with the revised plans for the single-story garage at Desbrosses: It won't be white, and it won't have a high wall around the front yard.
