The last of BOFFO Building Fashion's series of pop-up shops has opened: It's a very red collaboradoodle by women's fashion brand Ohne Titel and architects Easton+Combs.

The annual Jade's Toybox pop-up shop is open at 124 Hudson. At the register, you'll be directed to the large Advent calendar on the wall; it's full of discounts—you get to reach in a pocket and win up to 40% off.
