I expected throngs of fans to swarm Franklin Stree I expected throngs of fans to swarm Franklin Street ahead of Taylor Swift's big day, but all was quiet this morning. Police had three cars in wait and, according to a photog for a German newspaper, they dropped off the barricades yesterday just in case.
