1. Tribeca Bike Lanes – Presentation by NYC DOT and Possible Resolution They’re back…. The Department of Transportation said that it would kill its plans to put bike lanes in Tribeca, but it appears to have changed its mind. Or perhaps the plan is different now?

1. The Flea Theater – Carol Ostrow, Producing Director Maybe we’ll learn about its plans to move to Thomas Street.
2. 136 Church (a.k.a. 37 Warren), application for Board of Standards special permit for a physical culture establishment – Resolution Very interesting. 37 Warren (sat Church) has a big, two-level retail space (which could be broken up), as those of us who shopped at Janovic Plaza back in the day will recall. Assuming this isn’t an Equinox, SoulCycle, Flywheel Sports, or New York Sports Club, since those are all represented nearby, what could it be? Yoga?

All I could find was a Twitter account saying it’ll open in January. (And now I have “Martika’s Kitchen” stuck in my head. I you I like Prince!)

And why are they generally twice as loud as other buses? (Every morning, on Broadway, I wonder this.) If you have issues with them, this ius your chance to be heard; I encourage you to go to the meeting, armed with petitions and signatures and neighbors, to tell them we won’t be turned in to a commuter bus parking lot.
