Federal Plaza Has Finally Reopened
It's a little Vegas—or at least what I wish/imagine Caesar's Palace would be like, all marble and mod forms. And it sure looks like money was spent. But the plaza will be closed in rainy weather: The marble floor is too slippery to risk a lawsuit. / 3 comments
