First Impressions: Manhatta

I almost wish Manhatta didn't have that view, as amazing as it is. Without the view, Manhatta would be the FiDi restaurant of one's dreams; with the view, I worry that it'll be impossible to drop in, and I'd like to eat there often. / 4 comments

These handcuffs have been attached to a Leonard Street loading dock since at least 2011—and they've taken on special resonance after news came out that an alleged thief escaped the custody of the 1st Precinct while in cuffs.
