Nosy Neighbor: Why Are Those Shuttles on Greenwich?

Why are there always shuttle buses on Greenwich, often with people waiting to board? —E.

Yes, the question is from me. (I have questions, too!) I figured I knew the answer going in, but you’d be amazed what you learn if you ask anyway. The buses are hired by Citi to move employees to and from its various buildings in the area—specifically, to Wall Street, and, in New Jersey, Warren and “Jersey Citi” (as employees call Jersey City).
